This one is actually for my Deviant art page... But since there is so little Seifer fan art out there I really wanted to post it here. ^ ^
I really enjoy humor... so maybe I should try and do a few less serious pictures. ^ ^;
Garden (the background) was the most difficult part to do. I did a basic outline in pen and then just filled in the colors, but when it came to the top... I looked at my reference picture and there were tons of lines going this way and that... there was no way I was going to be able to get that detail with my colored pencils... So... I left it as white lines. *laughs* Lazy I know... but I had a hard enough time with the rest of Garden... why trouble myself more?
Materials: Black pen, and Prisma colored pencils.

Aw, poor Raijin...=(, having to do all the manual labor...(bet Fuujin is stronger than him, anyway). =DLove your blending style, as well as how smooth the lines look; what size pen do you use, may I ask?
