Well this is Hotaru... from one of the .Hacks. Let's see... I am not really familiar with her at all... She was just requested sooooo *alughs* Yeah never mind. ^^ About her blue watery looking thing... it wasn't supposed to look like she is surfing on it. ^^;;; I was trying to make it look like she was spinning through it. (A failed attempt on my part.) Well in any case, I hope you like her. (Caryola color pencils).

ShiaraIt DOES rather appear as if she's surfing, though if you hadn't pointed it out, I probably wouldn't have thought so and would have assumed the original effect that you wanted -- that she was twirling.
