It's not as bad as it seems! From an online Hellsing rp forum there is a scene where Rip Van Winkle takes the top part of this poor lous's wetsuit off so she can carve her initials into his back. <br />

Mostly I made this pic to test out techniques in irridescent slick surfaces. Hope I captured that.<br />

Rip is female...Kouta Hirano just has a bad habit of drawing suited woman with no chest, whereas he gives Seras an extra cup size every time she gets a weapon upgrade. He did it to Integral all the time, and we all know she's a woman. o_o <br /><br />
Also, I go flat when wearing a suit, and I'm nothing near it in reality *shrugs*<br />
