Insanity lurks here. This is Agony. A clinically insane demon who has taken on the form of Neoki, thanks to the efforts of a wraith only known as Shadow. Agony can extend blades from his forearms and often spits blood for no reason.The tendrils that come from his back will pierce his victims and steal their souls, which are used to strengthen himself. Agony finds much pleasure in killing and will slaughter and entire planet just for some fun.

I'm a little surprised you didn't give him Agony, Spawn's axe from Soul Caliber II, it's still good.
