A redone Neoki for "Outlaw"<br />
Neoki was a kid who loved to cause trouble. He got into trouble a lot and always caused his parents to go nuts. Eventually one day he decided to join his friends in splicing, which is the manipulation of DNA. it was almost like the "tattoo of the future". However, Neoki was kidnapped and he disappeared for years.<br />
Neoki was taken to a laboratory in the mountains of Bosa V for advanced DNA testing. he was given cat DNA, wolf DNA, and other genes from animals. Eventually, Neoki went into a feral state of mind during testing and escaped the lab, killing all the guards and scientists in his way.<br />
Neoki eventually awakened from this state of mind nine years later in someone's home. That's where he met Ryokay and Torque, and eventually became Ryokay's best friend and ally.<br />
Now 19, Neoki is going to help Ryokay find an ancient secret treasure, but will his beastly strength awaken again?
