Let's make a movie about a toy cowboy who feels he'd being replaced by a sci-fi spaceman action figure! No, wait-- a rat dreams of becoming a chef in a noble resteraunt, so he teams up with a boy who works in the kitchen. Waitwaitwait-- what if the monsters in childrens' closets actually work for a monster corperation that uses screams as a power source?! No wait, I got it-- an old man makes his house fly with thousands of balloons in order to fulfill his dead wife's dream of visiting South America........ and so on......
DREAMWORKS:
....umm.... so there are animals......
.... that talk......
........ and do things animals don't normally do,,,,,,,
Yeah! Brilliant!
And we'll call it a kids' movie, even though the majority of jokes are clearly directed at adults AND STILL NOT EVEN FUNNY!! This is gonna be the best movie ever!
Don't get me wrong, Road to El Dorado is an awesome movie.
