Not a bad piece of work this. I like how you've tried to make the spines line up with the body correctly despite it twisting and changing position several times. I think the transition on the tail section is a bit shaky though.I like the wings. They look great and, more importantly, they match.
Pohenix11 has already mentioned the shading. I too think it would make a big improvement.
Overall though, a nice piece of work.
