Lineart was done in Painter Tool Sai, color in Photoshop CS2.

One question: Ya see, I have a bamboo tablet, and I can't figure out which software to use. :| So, can you draw in Photoshop Elements 7 ?!

Yes you can. There are a number of programs you can draw in. I use an intuos and even though I have Elements 7 I prefer using Photoshop CS2... mostly because I don't know how to use Elements.
