Well kind of, you colour the picture with the pencils first then with a paintbrush you paint over the top with water making it look like paint sort of. :)

Wows!!! That's awesome!!! You say watercolors.... ummm, this may sound TOOO ditzy, (I'm having a big brain fart) but watercolors is used with a paintbrush right!!!??? (Or am I wrong!?Oo) I'm just used to using chalk and colored pencils and pencil(most of the time). I'm not very good with paintbrushes.... Anywaaysss.... That is soo kewl!!! Great job!!!^_^

I have a box of water colours that I use, for the skin I ten to use a peach colour or really lightly use orange. Thanks for the comment ^-^
