I made this chibi as a link-back to Imperial Soldiers, but I'm not going to put it on the site until I've done the rest of the senshi.
IS is a Sailor Moon role-playing forum set in the year 4000 or thereabouts. It has a sort of sci-fi feel so I decided to do her in a "Combat Version" of her Eternal form, note the combat boots, shoulder protectors and chevrons on her brooch and belt.
