Meh, I'm sure that there are other Timeless River-type Axels out there. But I don't care. It's one of my favorite worlds so I had to use it on one of my favorite characters...

Doodled in school, inspired by an artist on DeviantArt. Tried to get some of the lines of in Paint, didn't work so well but... Whatever. D:
