Lucent Moonfox - True Form

The true, natural form of a Lucent Moonfox.

Streaming down its back are eight distinct "tassels" of fur that provide defense against predators, but which can also be fanned out as a display or warning. Combined with the fox's abilities, it can project an appearance of nine full tails, but only one tail is actually the real thing.

The smaller image at bottom was inspired by this asset I found while searching for reference material early on.  (I even used it as a placeholder in composition until my version was drawn.)
