The energy of it reminded me of my old "manticore" sketch:

Thus, I deem this a "draco-manticore".  It follows the updated lore (since 2020) of the species, in which manticores are exclusively male and reproduce using a female from another species, with the offspring inheriting some traits from its mother -- in this case, presumably a dragon.

I still need to create a proper reference sheet for them someday.
