Cookie to who can guess where I got the wordplay on the title from~! :3
(Hint: The number of pics I finally have is the same title of a greek movie.)
But yeah this picture wasent drawn on the date you see; it was drawn a few years ago when I got the special editon boxset of the Conquerer of Shamballa movie. There was a group pic with the bonus art that I loved where it was Edward, Alphonse and Roy all looking ready for battle. Well Al and Ed did, Roy was just smiling standing there looking sideways. I drew Edward perfectly...but the other two didnt want to cooperate so I just put down the pic and left it to collect dust in my folder. I picked it back up a few days later and decided to kill some boredom so I colored it.
I have to say I am VERY pleased with the results! The alchemic symbol even turned out pretty good too along with the backround. Ed's face however is my favorite part since it turned out perfectly. I wished his hands were alittle better though; especially the left one. Ah well least it looks better than my past hands i've drawn on him. xP
But yeah reason I drew this years ago is I wanted to do a pic of Edward that was unique and rare to find, so I chose this one cause I havent seen it anywhere just yet in my searches. Plus the pose is pretty neat too; as if he's ready to clap his hands and kick some rear.
If you are wondering why the darker parts of his hair look a tad wonky, it's cause I pushed the marker down soo hard on the hair it brought up paper stribbles. But if I didnt darken the hair this much, would have blended in with the rest of the hair like with my "Libera me" Abel piccie. I am very happy how his coat came out too, should have been a tiny bit darker but ah no biggy. xP
And here be half of the original picture, this is to prove I did NOT trace this picture. Just worked on it alot harder and longer than my past Ed pics is all. You can tell right away there are some HUGE differences. ;3

Well for coloring it for a whole night and touching it up every now and then I sure hope the shading turned out great! xPAnd yes, yes you should he is one of the greatest Edwards out there, Cullen is a joke compared to him kekeke. x3
