This is a portrait I completed recently for a portrait drawing class I will be teaching in January for young people. I was trying to pick subjects they would be interested in drawing. I hope Avril will be one. Completed in graphite pencils 2b thru 6b on medium Strathmore paper 14x17.

The eyes are the most important to give a portrait its real look, among other things maybe, but looking at your draw, I can say the eyes make the magic.<br />Excellent work, your students should be interested only by watching this draw doesnt matter who is it of ;)
