A small, good one is fifty bucks, which is actually pretty cheap considering it comes with photoshop elements.

Me: well unlike shad, i think, he'll eventually die, but he doesnt look like he ages at all. the black tips on his spikes grow, so eventually he'll be more black than green. i think that when he's all black he dies......

O rly? I don't read mangas much, I can never get into them...
And even when I can, I end up going on wikipedia and spoiling everything lol

I feel the need to say that you should avoid the line and shape tools xD I know it makes things hella easy, but then it makes your work look shotty :c Draw your backgrounds at any cost! Line tool is best for making borders for panels *nods*

darrr... but I can't draw buildings... They suck.

I'll try a little harder, but the line tool is a must for me when it comes to buildings.

Just take your time. Buildings are only squares and rectangles, and whatever other angualar shapes that I didn't mention :> You can't even draw most details of a building unless the characters are standing right next to one, so it's all good.
