Going for a swim anywhere in Dillydale? You just might run into Mr. Happy, a jovial, yellow-colored shaped kushtaka.

Mr. Happy can take on two forms, one of a round shaped human, and the other a form like that of an otter. In his otter form, Mr. Happy is an excellent swimmer, and also an efficient hunter, catching fish and the like with his teeth and claws.

Being a kushtaka, Mr. Happy can save drowning people by turning them into kushtakas. He has yet to have needed to use this power as of this writing, however.
