His name even sounds German - literally it means "Reich's eagle". The characteristically fashioned uniform (looks like crossover between those worn by SA and SS) is underlining the bloke's heritage.

Thank you very much! I did have to look up references for German soldier and officer uniforms since the ref image Gryphinwyrm7 had of Reichsadler was only from the shoulders up. He specifically didn't want Reich just to be wearing undies like Griff does! :D

I also like the idea of adding him Russian neo-nazis symbol instead of NSDAP swastika https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika#Slavic - apart from avoiding use of symbols requiring mature content filter, it shows that corruption of those "people" comes outside their natural society. ;)
