Serendipity on a field trip at the beach

Description

This is a drawing of my original character Serendipity I did almost a year ago & just finished coloring in a few weeks ago.

She's on a field trip with her class mates at the beach. Those it's hasn't been the best though Serendipity is trying to enjoy the nice beach area. If your wondering why she has bandages on her legs & arms a few days ago she was once again was being bullied & through not fault of her own fought back & won. but her mother later beat her and left a few marks on her. So she's still a bit soar but mildly glad she can distance her self from the group & her bad memories & look at the ocean.

Though she hope she won't get sunburned & that not too many people are looking at her in her swimsuit. Being the tallest & most developed girl in the school really can suck.

PS:This drawing was created using pens,markers but mostly colored pencils

A very unusual style...if I may say. Not sure to call it manga style...but is it quite good. The nose, I dotn know if u meant it that way, is a little big for the face. Love the colors by the way. Nice work.

Actually, her nose is meant to be that way.

In my story I'm working on she's described as:"A tall 11-year-old girl who's face would be considered plain of face if not for her unusual features.

She's only 11-years-old! She doesn't want to date & she already seen that too many people get obsessed with dating & romance & do crazy stuff,(every dating show,talk show paternity test on Maury & the show Cheaters would make any normal person chose to be single.)

Though I do thank you for you complement & adding this drawing of mine to your list of favorite pictures. I'm glad you think she's cute.

Yowch, poor Serendipity... is she a red head? They burn more easily than most when they're out in the sun.

Love all the detail you've put into this. The sand must have taken ages...

Yes she does have very dark glossy red hair & applies sunscreens lotions or sprays on her body every day just to prevent getting UV rays and what have you. But don't worry thing for her will get better eventually.
