Hand painted cel of Hiei, yes its hand painted not markers not a computer progam..so dont ask what I used to color it with...its P-A-I-N-T-E-D ....that is with paints...>.< ANYWAYS..Doesn't he look mean *shudder* but still hot....I love this cel..I think its my favorite so far...*sigh* Comments Please. ^_^
