Here’s a Vulcan Jedi with the traditional Vulcan hairstyle.

I see Vulcans being Jedi Consulars, Jedi Sentinels and Jedi Guardians.

Jedi Consulars are Jedi that focus less on physical combat and more on mental disciplines in order to augment their mastery of the Force.

A Jedi Consular, like all Jedi are skilled in battle, but rarely entered combat, preferred to study the mysteries of the Force. Consulars were the primary scholars and diplomats of the Order, often becoming instructors.
They often preferred lightsaber Form VI, Niman or Form IV, Ataru. The Niman was ideal because the Consular had more time to practice political and Force skills than combat ones.

What Jedi Guardians preferred to achieve by combat, the Jedi Consular achieved by words or the Force.

Jedi Sentinels ferrets out deceit and injustice, bringing it light. They strike a balance between the physical and mental disciplines of the Jedi Order.

The found a balance between the other two extremes of the Jedi, the Jedi Consulars and the Jedi Guardians, as they possess adequate combat skills with some extensive knowledge of the Force. Along with this average knowledge of both combat and the Force, they also had exceptional skills, whether it was in security, computers, stealth techniques, or medical skills. Sentinels were often dispatched to regions across the Galaxy to root out the dark side and investigate unusual concentrations of the Force, similar to a Jedi Shadow.

Vulcans could also be Jedi Guardians. Tuvok had extensive training in the martial arts of many cultures. He knew of over 94 ways of killing someone using only a finger, a hand, or a foot.

I think the Vulcans could change and make the Jedi Order even better.

The Vulcans of course suppresses all emotions, but there able to love (they show it in different ways), to get married, have families, they are not capable of lying (although not every single time), they use reason and logical to Govern and live. I don’t see them falling to the dark side… or at least not that easily or at the rate that most humans and other aliens do in the Star Wars Universe.

Although it is generally adhering to a philosophy of non-violence, Vulcans have developed martial arts and techniques of hand-to-hand combat. Vulcan martial arts are highly ritualistic, and based on philosophy, similar to Terran counterparts such as Karate. The most extreme example is the "koon-ut-kalifee" or fight to the death.

The Romulans would make great Sith.

I could see a Vulcan Jedi saying something like
“The dark side of the Force as being thought as some how being stronger than light side of the Force… is not logical.”

Both the Jedi and the Vulcans do not believe in luck, the Vulcans see luck as human superstition.

In one of the episodes of Star Trek: The Original Series, Spock felt the deaths of 400 Vulcans that were only a few light years away from the Enterprise. It’s somewhat similar to when Obi-Wan felt the deaths (people crying out in terror) of millions of people in Star Wars: A New Hope.
