I really like this picture and for granted i fracking suck at computer art but one thing i noticed is that im so struck by his cape that i dont relaly look at vincent *-* but its one hell of an awesome cape.the shine technique is beautiful. :D

I swear, you or your best friend must work at Square Enix, and you can get all the best tips on drawing FF charries, while the rest of us sit here and wonder how come we can't draw that well!
