Heavy but muscular, that's my native american buddy Mel. This artstyle is flattering on him, I hate to admit. / He studies Native History, but he usually gets depressed when he reads through some bits... I can't stand to watch a buddy of mine be gloomy and the only thing that seems to cheer him up is a home-made parfait. Lucky for him I'm decent at making them, though I can't help but wonder if he pretends intentionally sometimes. -_-'
I drew this pic out of boredom after I found a photograph of Mel looking camera-shy; he somehow defies the law of gravity when he wears his sunglasses on his forehead. (Oh, and Mel? I haven't forgiven you yet for giving me a piggyback ride when I didn't want one!) But I drew that traumatizing event anyway. So sue me. XP
