No, I think it's still a dragon. There's a pretty famous family crest with a dragon on it which is still a dragon with only two legs. What makes a wyvern is poison - wyverns have poison barbs on their tail and down their back and have poison fangs.

As for the picture, it's very well done, especially the jaws. I could never get perspective right when I tried to do open reptile jaws.

Great picture...
But since he has only hind legs, doesn't that make it a wyvern?...
