Ok Agian you need a little bit of work on the preportios. WOOT WOOT I GOT FIRST COMMENT AGAIN!!! XD Ok your hair and body looks really good. you just need to mainly work on the outline for the face and the hands a little bit. Other then that nice job Keep Practicing. ~-^
You should try outlining all your lines with pen and then erasing the pencil before you color, it makes the whole thing look a lot cleaner.
