Wow, it is pretty hard to say for sure if it is stolen or not; yes, wavy lines make you think, but they could be a lineart, because they are wavy all the way through the picture, but the reason why they are wavy could also be that the "artist" just erased the colors inside the picture and then filled the blanks with the other color, probably to eliminate bad colors (with a lot of unnesessary pixels) on the original picture (colors could be damaged by format JPEG, which is most likely to be used for pictures on Internet, from where it could be stolen...if it is truly stolen). I do not know... Really... :)
