This is my second attempt at drawing manga characters. this is Edward and Alphonse Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist. My scanner wasn't big enough to fully scan the drawing so I had to scan both ends and splice them back together.

Thanks everyone for your comments. The reference picture that I was using was in color without much depth. So my goal was to add the shading to it but I guess I wasn't too successful with the hair.angelskip43 on July 13, 2008, 4:43:28 AM

AWESOME AWESOME SHADINGThe only thing i think that needs work is the ends of the hair. Too many lines for a "blocky" kind of look that ed's hair usually has. Or, you could keep all the lines and make the hair look more flowing.

The only thing who dont seem as good as the other things in the draw it's the lines of the hair,they seem broken
