She's kinda based off my little sister, because I'm trying to base my characters off of people I know of the same sign. My little sister (Tifa777)'s birthday is March 7.
Anyone want the lineart? I tried coloring it in GIMP so I just scanned the lineart. If anybody wants to color Suiren, let me know and I'll upload it! (Beware, though, if you want to color it in Photoshop or something, that there are lots of holes in the pixels. Just a warning!)
