New OC - Hielo Ventisca

This is a sketch of a new character that came to mind a few nights ago.
This is Hielo Ventisca, a 13 year old which comes from a cold climate and has a tendency to like lace and fixing things.
He has the power control ice but tends to use the power to create icy armor like weapons, finding it easier and less energy draining to do.
Though Hielo is rather smart and acts insanely sweet at times he's a little scoundrel and if his powers fail him can kick, scratch and bite with the best of them.
Hielo has poor vision and so to combat this has a lovely pair of glasses which are kept on his face by a bolt through the top of his nose (The chain to his ear is just for show)
