The coloring is very nice, clean, and bright, so you don't need to work on that. What you do need to work on are eyes. Sakura's look too small, Naruto's are too far apart, and profiles' eyesdo not look like that. they shouldn't extend so far back on the head. But everything else is lovely, especially the cloth thing wrapping around them.
