Here the arms look a lot better in length! Also I like the minimalistic style of the eyes, nothing too fancy, but the shape is really great.

The details of the dress is fantastic, your folds look very convincing, even if not precise. Also the elbow net like gloves and ruffles at the end of them look really great!

But keep in mind to perhaps check the head size. I myself have a huge problem with the head as well, as therea re so many things you want to put on it. But the head simply can not be bigger than the chest, and the face should fit with the size of an open palm. Somewhat.

She did all that with a mouse. From personal experience, I know a mouse is super irritating to draw with >.<;;
I give her big props for working so hard with it! Especially if she is using a laser mouse... my god, those things are frustrating D<

And no matter what a piece is drawn with, it is by full right that I give constructive criticism, as that is the only way that artists like us all can improve our skills. With all respect, I believe she deserves the help she can get, even if it may be half credit and half constructive criticism.
