Though it is nice that you've added those blue circles to contrast with the red, it would have turned out better if you had actually coloured his skin. Invest in a stick of flesh tone. You'll be glad that you did.On another note, his tetsusaiga looks more like a stick of wood. There are no shades or (shapes for that matter) whatsoever. To make things worse, there aren't even enough lines to distinguish it between a sword and a set of lines.
And though his hands look alright, his feet looks like a badly constructed pulp of clay. Where's the toes?!
The only saving grace is that you show good understanding of light and some basics on depth and it shows on inu's clothes. So practice more and all the best.
