Lothlorien

This is the second painting I've done of this scene. The first one I did as a freshman in high school and compared to this one it looks really bad. In case you don't remember this is where Galadrial gave the fellowship some parting gifts as they left Lothlorien. I left out the little people and the boats cause i was focusing more on the landscape. This was my favorite place in the fellowship. They did really good on the special effects Lothlorien looked really beautiful.<br />

Oh, and this is done in oil paints by the way. In case any one was wondering. The first time this was submitted it was to big so I sized it down to this I was worried it'd be too dark to see but it looks like it turned out just fine. I wish you could see the real thing I blotted the paint on so thick it actually looks like it has little leaves in the trees. You can't really tell on this... Oh well enjoy it anyway and let me know what you think!
