this is scooter. he's an electric type lunar dragon. scooter is very playful. one of scooter's favorite games is fetch, yeah i know it makes him sound like a dog but it seems he likes the squeaky sound of the ball. he's very cute as you can see and is very active. he loves action and tries to be part of it.

Wow, I've never seen an electric type Lunar Dragon before! I've only seen ice, water, fire and earth ones like from the videogames ^_^ He's very cute!
