The Rising Dragon

just as the title says. this is a special technique that croc uses with the help of sparks. sparks uses his electricity while croc can control it and make it take the shape of a dragons head. what it does is create a dragon made out of electricity. it rises up into the sky and once it's high enough comes back down hitting the enemy, either hurting them badly or killing them. this technique is powerful and so far has never failed croc when he needs to use it.
