Heh, Photoshop is great fun, but it looks like you didn't save the picture at very high quality. It's totally blurry! You should be able to fiddle around with quality settings when you save a picture, especially if you're saving as a jpeg. The higher the quality, the better the picture looks, but the more space it takes up. It takes a bit of experimenting to find a balance between the two.

Heh, this picture could use some improvement, but I can see that you're just starting out. You'll get the hang of it soon enough.
