This is Tammy in Sonic's version of Wheel of Fortune. I kinda based this drawing off of an 80's issue of Newsweek, you know the one with Vanna turing that dollar sign? The wheel design on her dress you should know if you played that WOF/Cyclone type game in those arcades.
