It's a character created by Honey-Laurel17 at DeviantArt. She's the one who created Honey the Bat. She also did a pic titled The Little Crew. Lan Zse was one of the four characters in that illustration, and she looked very kute. I wanted to draw a pic of her for HL17, and sure enough, I did.
