Wow! She looks really nice. Her pose is awesome. I like how this is more of a comic book style than Anime style. Makes it that much more likeable. Yeah... that is one delicious @$$. Very sweet pose. Nice line work, and sweet CG job (which I'm always envious of). Gotta love it when girls wear panties that are 4 sizes too small. Now I like the rug texture. But the background angle seems a little standard (this coming from a shmuck who barely evers draws backgrounds... Yeah it's tough to nit pic, when you're being a hypocrit.) But it's just an observation. I'm not trying to knock it.
All in all it's a nice "@$$" pic ;)

Very nice and good coloring, but I think it should be rated PG-13..
