Description
This was a paid commision for a friend and it sure was a pain to work on, i used so many freakin layers i almost lost count. Reference was used for the vehicles. If you didn't notice for the people in the crowd i put in some of my other characters from other pics to sort of fill in the crowd and make it look more alive.
