Wildlife eye study by heylorlass

I've been drawing this picture now for the last couple of days on and off. It started as a doodle as I drew the hare's eye from memory and it circled outwards from the centre from there as I added more.
I used a few different wildlife books for references, mostly field guides.
I know some of them are more detailed as others. If you can read my scrappy writing, I've labelled them.
I used a few different grades of pencils for this, on the B scale, mostly 5B and B.
I have to say though that the most fun thing about this whole drawing was doing the little doodle animals beside the labels. *lol* =0)
