Hmm. I don't know how I got that creamy effect with the paper. It wasn't intentional. Must just be the paper type. I like it!
I was my mam's work and I got bored when I came back from my walk (taking pictures of critters to draw... *lol* what else?).
So I took the first postcard that caught my eye from the counter and drew it. I didn't really finish it very well, but it turned out half decent so I put it in.
Betcha didn't know that Heron in Shetland dialect is Haagree (its how you say it but not how you spell it). Also my friend has an obsession with Herons.... why? No idea!
Oh! Its just drawn with a unprofessional writing pencil that was lying on a desk. So I have no idea what it was... probably HB.

Hello there. Hmmm, I had one of those fellows poking around my yard the other day. He was pretty lost to be in the suburbs, lol. But of course, there was a vulture in my yard once too. That was just crazy; who's heard of vultures in Missouri? I'm still convinced it was an omen of some kind, lol. >_>Anyway, on with this picture. I searched and searced for constructive criticism but it looks like I'll just have to conform and tell you that you did an amazing job. The eye is especially impressive. What a great piece of art! Keep on drawing. ^^
