It's not very often that you see original Transformers. Much less a vehicle that turns into an animal form... that's worth a job well done. This TF fan is curious though, what series of TF's did you imagine this for? The gyphon form seems to have a G1-like appearance to it.

It's a pity the image is so small. You didn't scan it in at that size, did you?
