Yey, Traditional art! =D
Well, this is Mileena, as you can obviously see. She's in a different costume than her own. This is actually inspired by an old comic that was made from a person I watch, she might know who she is! XD Anyway, I loved the costume she gave Mileena, so I decided to draw it. Or, at least, try to. ^^; So, in a sense, this is kinda for her. :)
Now, I'm done. For some reason, I love to just ramble on in my descriptions. xD

Well, the bottom half of her face is like... http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/f/f8/Mileena.PNG Like that, but, then again, I do need to practice on necks and all of that jazz... So I guess it's a little bit of both.
