Oh no, it's not really scary. xD; They're just making sure you labeled it properly, put it into the right category and stuff. =]

Alrighty then...

You can only submit up to three pictures/stories a day.

And then when you do submit something, you still have to go through the whole title, keywords, and description thing and stuff.

The difference is, though, that this site has a filtering system.

Nudity, Sexual content, Violence, Racism (This one makes me wonder...) and Language. Each of the things go from Mild to Explicit, Explicit being the heaviest warning label you can give it.

Then there are two check boxes for Yaoi/Yuri content, respectively. The category system they have is also different from dA itself (Surprisingly, it's easier), and for the media it was done in, it's at the bottom of the submission page.
