The only problems with it that I see are his eyes and headband.
The headband is actually the same color as that of his mask, shirt, ect. The Hidden Leaf symbol is bulging out and should be going in. (For example, it looks like its standing out of the metal rather then pressed in.)

His eyes are also somewhat in the wrong position, and his eyebrows are a bit too thick.

Otherwise, you did an amazing job on the shading, and I like the tree and grass. Great job! *favs*
