I watched "Memoirs of a Geisha," and it was an excellently acted out, directed, and historical piece. The only thing that exacerbated me was that it was a real chick flick with a girl-got-together-with-guy ending that left many unanswered questions.

I LOVED Hatsumomo. She was such a charged, jealous, and complicated character. The moment I felt like I had her figured out, she goes and burns the room down! I wanted to know more about her, but unfortunately, after she left the house, she dissapeared from the entire story. ;__; I did not care much for the main character because her innocent and heroic character was fabulously predictable. Anyways, yes.

Look at her! That is one fine, emotional unstable-looking woman! <3

A Geisha can be counted as sort of a historically mysterious entertainment woman. She is not a prostitute(but I ma not really sure anymore), but she does not completely refuse men's tempted looks and flirt with them either. They sell their skills and beauty, and in return, they get fame, attention, and a purpose. ...Why do I feel like gesihas back in the day really felt like committing suicide though?

P; I am going to have to run away right after this picture is submitted anyways; my Summer begins on May 25, 2011 peeps! Tell me when your Summer starts so we can rearrange our lost art-trades or something!

WHOA. WHOA. WHOA. aback up now for a second. This better not have been done on sai because then I'd thorw that program in the trash and ASK THE GODS "WHY. Y U NO GIVE ME BEAUTIFUL ART SKILLS" and then cry until I was dehydrated. yes.
But seriously, the smalls hints of color (like around her neck) add to the picture just as much as the bright red background! You must tell me how you did this~ <33

Here is how I do it!

*takes a giant squid, squeezes some of its ink on her printer paper, and barrel rolls on the paper*

Huh. Thank-you so much Paige! >;u Submit moooree! No, this was done with pernament marker and the subtle colors are drawn with crayola markers at hand! Coloring was easy this time, but I had to stop myself from being a color freak several times.

"Memoirs of a Geisha" is the movie title! ;P Have you watch it? It is a great movie!- A little lacking at the end, but still quite well done.

Hola Midnight with the zeroes! It has been a long time. ]; I gotta have a Skype talk with friends one day to explain my feelings for all this academic crazy talk and family -gotta punch my crazy dad sometimes and doing my APSOLUTE BEST IN SCHOOL and eating my icecream and buurrghh iceburgs!

ANwyays, I rant/digress. I scream for icecream! Anyways again, thanks! I used Crayola markers to color the background and part of the makeup. I am glad gesiha put on such white makeup because I did not have to shade much!

Oh goodie! I was afraid Koji was drawn too small, but everyone notices the strange orange blob in a random place! You should try adding some fancy signature your picture for around a month or so! Feels good! -Like you've got a special identity to keep. Thanks for the comment!

YESSSS THIS MOVIE DESERVES A PICTURE! yeah thats right im a guy and I like this movie! I liked the main character becuase I think the most attractive part on anybody is the eyes and she had cool blue eyes so i was like FAVS x3

Hatsumomo or whatever made me mad cuz she was mean to my fav character but at least we know one thing.. NO ONE CARES ABOUT PUMPKIN!!!!

P; I just realized. I made this girl look more like Hatsumomo than Chiyo. MAN!!!! I really wanted to know how Hatsumomo dealt with the Japanese during-war scenario, but they never brought her back! Instead, I had to listen to the sad terrible whiny story of a love-sick main character and perverted Americans. AHAHHEHEHHEH *shakes angry fist* DUMB AMERICANS! How'd you even get into the movie! jk

Anwyays, yes. ]; Pumpkin went downhill. I wish they could have hinted her incoming betrayal before. After she betrayed Chiyo, she also just dissapeared from the plot. After Mameha hinted that she was really in love with the Barron, she also dissapeared form the plot. WTF! ]]];;;;

LOL, if I was in the movie, I would be the local milk girl that stole people's squid and teased any American brunets. P: -And I would push them in puddles afterwards.
