It might be hard to see, I don't know why the picture didn't make it come out more bold, but I worked for a while on it. It is Ichigo Momomiya from Tokyo Mew Mew in her Cafe Outfit. (WHICH I SO WANT A COSPLAY OF!!!) I think the eyes aren't lined up equally, but I really don't care.
