Wow, nice pic of him. Really I dont see much you need to work on, but how bout trying to draw an original pic enstead of drawing something that was already drawn cuz that pics from a cover of one one of teh manga's, i'm sure you'll do fine! ^.^ well keep it up and you'll beable to draw your own orignal!
