I just don't care anymore

Description

Hey, well anyway, I did this last night, like I usally do I was drawing on inspiration and this came up in my head. Its ment to resemble christ but in his place, me. I drew this because my grandma and some of my family has been going on at me for leaving the church anyway its just to show how people can never see where the pain hurts most and this is how its meant to feel hmm I dont think I explained it that well... orwell.
I'm a wiccian and going strong lol.

If I remeber correctly the word Wiccan is greek and translates into witch.

They are a growing polytheistic religion which centers on nature, but their specific beliefs range from person to person.

Interestingly, most Wiccans believe in a 'creaing force', if I understood what I was told correctly then they believe this force is responsible for most the world. (Sounds somewhat like the Christian/Muslim/Jewish God huh?)

One notable thing about Wicca is that it fully supports homosexuality, seeing it as a natural thing. This is a different view then that of most religions.

Wiccan are probably best known for the fact they use witchcraft. I have no idea where this power comes from, which makes me wary of it.

Nor do I know where they claim the power comes from, but I do know that they don't think it comes from the Devil. Incidently they don't believe in the Devil, which means they would never consider it a possibility that their power came from him.

Most of their magicks seem to be focused on aiding nature, although I don't know the specific details.

All-in-all, Wiccans tend to be peaceful tolerant people, but I'm not sure what to make of the religion of Wicca.

Wicca is a religion that worships nature. It's probably closest to the old Native American religions, only even less violent. It does use magic, but it's purely for good. There is absolutely nothing evil about wicca, despite what some people believe.

I'm personally agnostic leaning-towards-aithiest, but I have to say, out of all the religions, Wicca is the one I respect the most. It's wrong of them to get on to you for not wanting to be a Christian. It's your choice. But anyway, it's a beautiful picture. Keep drawing!

Well, I told my mom my beliefs and she exploded on me. >.> I will not share those here. Not the right place/time. Anyway, lovely picture. I agree, sometimes people don't see where it hurts the most. ::huggles:: Keep it up, pink!
